User API Creation Blocked

Dear All,

I currently have API keys, but I’ve noticed that the "Create API Key" button is disabled. I’ve reviewed the security policy related to API token access, and everything appears to be in order. However, I’m still unable to create a token and am receiving the following message:

"You're unable to create or use tokens. An admin blocked your tokens."

Despite the settings appearing to allow token creation, the issue persists. Does anyone have a solution for this?jira admin 1.PNGjira admin.PNG

Hi @Eitzaz Haider

This is for you as an organization to solve.

Best solution is to have one Atlassian Cloud domain where both departments have their project(s).

Contact Atlassian Support for further options.
