Why can't I transition these kinds of issues???

Hi guys,

I am having trouble figuring out why I am not able to transition these bugs so they are not appearing in my Open Issues filter. When I checked my own permissions everything looks correct and also when I used the permission helper it's telling me I am able to transition these issues. What am I missing here?

Does your workflow have a transition from the issue's current status back into "open"?

no it doesn't, but I actually want to resolve it. Do I need to have that transition there to resolve it and then close it?

even when I tried, this is the message I got:

"The step 'Closed' has no outgoing transitions in the Active workflow, so you cannot add any outgoing transitions in the Draft workflow."
