Will Insight stop working?

Good Morning
Will Insight stop working for good or just lose support ?
Is it necessary to buy the premium version of Jira Service Management to continue using insight?

Yes, the standalone Insight will eventually stop working, since you will not be able to renew the subscription for it. And yes, you need Jira Service Management Premium plan in order to get access to Insight in JSM.

Thats great! Paying more than double per license for JSM in order to keep having a CMDB :)
