Hi Team
Want to ask a question, i have a case there are multiple customers on Jira service desk, and i want to delete it but can not delete it because if i check on a project setting -> people features. there's only one email. but if i check on customer features detect 2 people. i want to delete the customers without profile picture.
here's the proof on project setting -> people
it's always distraction if i choose approvers it can be detected by 2 people (Novandi) but the correct person is Novandi with profile picture.
kindly need your help team,
thankyou
You can remove the customer by accessing Jira Administration > User management. In the User management UI, search for your specific users and then select the "Delete user" option under the Action column.
NOTE - if the account is associated to existing issues, then you will not be able to delete the account. You will need to unassociate the account first from the issues (i.e. look for the account in question in the reporter field or requested participant field) by updating the issues to the proper account that you want to keep. Only then, you can delete the unwanted account(s).
Hope this helps.

Here is the documentation for the CLOUD env, but the overall concept is the same between CLOUD and Data Center envs.
