Hi Everyone,
I would to asking about creating the ticket. I have problem when I create ticket I can't choose / paste the customer name. This is always No Options
But when I using Jira Software this issue not happen.
Do I missing some configurations?

Welcome to the community. For your JSM project, have you check if the customer (in question) name exists in your system for the project?
Also, can you try to set the reporter field to any account that you know he/she exists (example - try to assign yourself as the reporter). Lastly, what is your JSM project's configuration for "Customer permissions" for access - either Customers added by agents and admins or Anyone with an account on your Cloud env?
