Send Microsoft Teams message

Hi,

I created a channel in my Microsoft Teams and ensured the webhook was working by sending the payload via Postman—I successfully saw the message in the channel.

But when it runs from Jira automation I receive nothing on the channel, checking the rule logs say "Successfully sent Microsoft Teams message"
which is incorrect as nothing reaches the channel

Are you sending a message to the private MS channel? If that is the case, there is a different configuration required. Please refer to this page for the necessary details, and let me know how it goes -
