Hi.
I have an object schema in insight and i need customers to see some of the data from there in Customer Portal article.
In server there is somekind of plugin for that to import Insight data to Confluence article but i couldn't see any option for that for cloud.
Is there any workaround for that?
Thanks!
Still hoping for any other suggestion how to create an article (confluence) that shows certain data from insight objects. :) Maybe someone had similar issue and found some other way to do it?
Thanks!
I recommend you use the eazybi plugin which comes with integration to insight data. Link: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira-apps/insight-asset-management
You would create the report in eazybi, and then you can use the Jira Macro in confluence to share the information. (link: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/publish-reports/publish-in-confluence-pages#:~:text=To%20add%20eazyBI%20macros%2C%20start,you%20do%20in%20the%20preview.)

Hi @Fabian Lim
Thanks for mentioning the eazyBI app!
Just wanted to add that currently, the only option to publish eazyBI reports on the Jira Service Management portal would be by using eazyBI dashboards with public access token as embed iframes in HTML macro on the confluence page. https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/publish-reports/dashboards-and-reports-visible-to-non-jira-users
Then you can link the confluence page with the Jira Service Management portal and make this report available from the portal.
Public access token means that everyone with the link can see the report (no authentication to see the report results).
Meanwhile, we have in our backlog a ticket for better support for such a feature.
best,

Thanks, hopefully some day it is possible without making the dashboard public.

As you were previously interested, I wanted to let you know that on eazyBI for Jira Cloud, we have released an option to publish eazyBI Dashboards in the Jira Service Management (JSM) portal. You can read more about how to enable and configure it here: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/publish-reports/publish-in-jsm-portal
Let me know if you have any feedback about the new functionality!
best,
Gerda
