Hello, I added a service request from the mobile app but it does not populate under open service request on my desktop browser. You can search and find it under "worked on", but not under my project ITSM open service request. Look for "test from mobile phone" ticket on the attached photos where you can see it on "worked on" but not open service open service requests. Thanks!

When creating tickets via the mobile app, it's not possible to select a Request type.
On ITSM projects, the categories, such as Service requests rely on Request types, so if the field is empty because it was created via the mobile app, it won't show correctly under the Service requests queue.
There is a feature request suggesting supporting the Request type on the mobile app:
From the web view, please, click on the Request type field and select a value so the ticket can show under Open Service Requests.
For future tickets, you can use automation to automatically add a request type to a ticket:
