Skip notification to Customer when an issue is cloned

Hello,

how can I stop a notification from being sent to the Customer when an Agent clones an issue into a new JIRA task ?

There is no option for "Issue cloned" in the Notification scheme.

I think - not sure- the notification is Issue Moved, try that.
