The field validator does not work with the client request type field

Hello everyone!
We faced with the following problem after the migration to Jira Data Center 9.5.0 from Jira Service 8.14.1.

We have a transition validator that checks that all required fields are filled in. On the incident closure form, there are 4 fields that the validator is configured for, and only on the client request type field, the validator returns an error, even when the field is filled in. By the way, we found that this field has different customfield_id on the closing form and on the incident viewing form.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows how to fix it?

How you migrate data from  Jira Data Center 9.5.0 from Jira Service 8.14.1.

Some custom field is not in Migration Scope So In that case we need to check all the workflow and configure manually.

Please check the Workflow and configure it manually, It might have the field ID change issue.
