Ticket system broken

our company uses Jira to control accesses to information systems, when someone needs access we put in a ticket and it gets assigned to one of out IT guys. one of the requirements on this form is to choose an ISSO group. In the past, ,this was selected using a drop down menu but as of 4 days it stopped giving me that option....I tried typing it in but they system does not recognize it . they support page says this is not a JIRA page but i think it is, at the bottom it says " Powered by  Jira Service Management" the hep page is kind of trash and did not help...anyone experience this by chance?

Using the link you've shared, seems the portal is either offline or unreachable, or it could have changed.

Please reach out to your Jira admin for help. We are a community of peers, and we can only help you with anything but access to your company instances.

thank you @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ i tried reaching out to JIRA support but was unable to get anywhere, how do i contact an admin?

Welcome to the community.  Based on your feedback to @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ , are you also having the issue when just trying to access your JSM portal UI directly?

When you stated "Jira support" - are you referring to Atlassian Support team (https://support.atlassian.com)?  

Lastly, I believe Aaron is asking you to contact your site admin (aka - Jira Admin) for your company.
