Unable to Log In to Atlassian – JavaScript Load Error

I’m experiencing a login issue with Atlassian. When I try to access the login page, I see this error:

“You should enable JavaScript to work with this page.
We tried to load scripts but something went wrong.
Please make sure that your network settings allow you to download scripts from the following domain:
https://identity-common-frontend.prod-east.frontend.public.atl-paas.net”

Steps I’ve already tried:

• Confirmed JavaScript is enabled in my browser.
• Switched browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) – same result.
• Checked my internet connection.
• Ensured no firewall or VPN is blocking Atlassian domains.

If not on a company device or network, do you have the same error?

Try it on your mobile phone, or private wifi

If it works on a non company or company network, then its something in the network or device.

Otherwise contact Atlassian Support
