Is it possible I can limit visibility to product so I am not getting access requests from users? I would like the users i assign to only have access to it, if this makes sense, thanks.
As long as a user has a verified Atlassian account, he or she is allowed to send a request for product access.
For admin, there is a way to stop receiving such requests of course. That won't affect the rest admins for taking care of them at all.
Here is how-to:
To opt out of product request emails:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > Product requests.
Remove the checkbox from Email me when users create a new product request.
Hope that clears things up.
You can change the User Access settings under admin.Atlassian.com -> Products, to remove the domain or product that users are requesting access to. And/Or add a message in there to direct users to the correct way to request access, via an email to you or another process you have?
A good question to ask though is why are these people requesting access? How are they arriving at your product? Is there a way to give them temporary or reduced access to meet their needs?
