We are using Opsgenie/Service desk integration.
Is it possible to enter an incident in service desk and see it in OpsGenie and vis versa (create in opsgenie and see in service desk)?

All Opsgenie incidents are visible in under the Incident Queue in Jira service management and also at the below links in the Opsgenie,

Tks for your response. Unfortunately, not the case in our integration. I see incident depending on the platform used for raising it. If raised in OpsGenie - see it there, if raised in Service Manager - see it there;
