What happened to the Slack SideBar? Used to show mentions of the KEY/URL

We have slack integrated with our jira. We are able to get previews and use functions withing slack.

Previously, the slack <-> jira integration would display a bar or panel on the ticket that if the Key or URL was mentioned within slack it would show a "link" that could be clicked to the messages and review the thread of comments that tied to that Key/URL. 

I no longer see this. I'm also uncertain how long this has been gone. Is this feature still available? deprecated etc?

please check project settings in order to verify jira-slack integration. Panel, on jira side, is still available. Here an example of what you should see on jira :
