Hello all,
since https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1476 has been completed, we can successfully direct something at a specific Portal only user (if the issue has been shared with said user previously) via @username.
However, the email notification the portal only user receives as a result includes the URL of the Jira Service Management where they cannot sign in with their portal only account.
Can this be fixed? If so, how?

When mentioning customers, they receive a system notification, and the link to view the issue points to the agent view.
This is a known bug and you can find more details on the ticket below:
