i don't understand why when i'm trying to change my web portal information for a project, it some times works (on out of my 3 jira service) and some time it doesn't
I update the name and the description, i save but nothing happen ... i still have an old message ...
parameters are done here : jira/servicedesk/projects/SCF/settings/portal-settings

Welcome to the community. Please check the "Language support" for Portal to see if there are any yellow dot warning stating something like "translation needed". If so resolve that issue, then your portal adjustment should work -
jira/servicedesk/projects/HDTEST/settings/language

I recommend you to check if there are any translations configured for your project:
jira/servicedesk/projects/SCF/settings/language
You can also remove caches in your browser to check if it helps.

But it does lead me to an other question : my projet is in english but all my users and co-worker are french.
Is it possible to swich the language ? couldn't find it :-(
