Dear JIRA team,
we are working together with a provider who uses Jira as well (they use JIRA Cloud, we don't). We have set up an mailhandler that sends emails to their JIRA Servicedesk module. But on the way back their replies are not processed by our mailhandler anymore.
According to our JIRA admins inhouse these notifications are sent with flag 'bulk' and 'auto-reply'. So they have already removed the bulk filter, but they can't disable the auto-reply filter due to the side effects.
How can our provider remove this auto-reply flag for outgoing notifications?
