I have a portal with 4 different request types and I want one group of users to see all 4 request types and another group of users to see only 2 request types. I installed the extension for jira service desk because I read up that you could alter visibility to certain user groups, but I can't seem to find it. All the other Atlassian community solutions were screenshots from the old Jira.
Does anyone know where this is located ?

Unfortunately the Visibility options is ONLY for Server version of this App not on the Cloud version.
