SLA Percentage Success rate on Dashboard

Hi,

I'm trying to create a report on the dashboard that will simply list our 5 priority levels, and then the percentage of them that were completed within our set SLA's

I've currently created a filter that brings back all SLA Failures in the last 2 weeks, and used the filter count to list the 5 priority levels. This gives me the number of SLA failures for each priority level, but not the percentage of successful SLA completions.

Any ideas on how I can get this stat displayed on the dashboard?

So I assume you are using a pie chart for percentage. Then my question is when you say you want percentage are you wanting the percentage of those that met SLA by priority? That is, let's say you have four priorities and you have 100 total that met SLA and they were evenly distributed, then you get 25% n each priority. Or are you saying you want to see, by priority what percentage met the SLA. For example, P1 98%, P2 95%, P3 92%, P4 88%? The former should be attainable by altering your filter to return "met" vs. "breached". However, the later would require  separate filters by priority. You could consider marketplace apps, excel, PowerBI, etc.

Apologies, yes that's exactly what I meant. The pie chart with separate priorities, and then the SLA stats for each priority.

I'll take a look at some additional apps as you've suggested, thanks for your help.
