I have created a few SLAs
1. TIME TO FIRST RESPONSE - 8h
2. IN PROGRESS - 96h
3. COMPLETE RESOLUTION - 720h (this start from In progress)
Issues -
1. SLA in 3 is not change in tickets
2. Why in 2nd it's showing 3d 24
Please let know if any additional information required.
