SLACK automation (Create Channel)

Hi Jira community,

 

Does JSM automation have the capability to automate a request?

 

Sample Scenario: 

When a user creates a ticket using the Slack Channel Creation form, the automation will automatically create the slack channel.

Hi @Raymart Cruz ,

 

At this stage Jira Automation cannot create a Slack channel. We are currently tracking feature requests for a deeper Slack integration:
