Use Case :
I have an incident ITSM-7. When I search it in global search with just number 7, I get the results.
But when I search the same in queues, I don't get the results.
Did anyone has observed this behavior and is there any fix for the same.

I gave it a try in my test environment. It seems to work for me and usually it should for us. You might wanna check it again by any chance?
Unfortunately, this is not working in my test environment/nor the live customer environment.
If there any configuration which I am missing?
