Send Mail without content in Automation

I have just started using Jira and I try to use the automation function. I need to send an email when work item created, but I have a trouble is the content email is empty, although I typed it in Content field in the Automation conffiguration.

This is my configuration:

The "mail I received" is not an email sent by the automation rule, but an email sent by Jira Service Management itself!

You can see that not even the subject matches: you are using a hyphen to separate the issue key and the summary, but the received email doesn't have hyphen in its subject!

But in the Queues information the Issue Key and Issue Summary are match with the email title:

So I think that is the mail sent by the automation rule.
