Hello, it is possible to activate the JSM surveys for when the tickets are canceled, since currently they are only sent when the tickets are solved.
If a ticket is canceled and the user is not satisfied, they have no way to record their disagreement.

How have you setup your 'Cancelled' status ?
If you transition your issue to a resolved status (green), and set the resolution to 'Cancelled', the survey will be included in the email.
