We're facing a problem, hope you could help.
Sometimes, while creating an issue and trying to change Service Desk Request Type an image appears instead of types:
When we try to create an issue again next day, there's no problem anymore.
I think it's similar to this image but it is already in a system so maybe it's not about a size of an image.
I have not seen this before. However the first thing I would look at is the icon you used for the request type. The image might be too large and causing this.
