Im using Jira company managed service desk.
Im trying to set up a required field in some of my screens however, every time i set a Custom field as required, the emails been sent to the service desk fail.
I have checked the issue types and configured screens for reference to this field but i cannot see it anywhere.
Has anyone experienced this? or know how to solve?
You have to make the field optional.
The email handler can't know what to fill in to a mandatory field.
