Similar requests jsm portal

I want my customer to see similar requests when he/she types the description. This feature is used in this forum. i.e. when I start typing a question I get a list of questions that might be similar to my request. 

How do I make this happen on the jsm service portal?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Currently this is not possible in the portal. The similar requests feature is currently only visible to agents in the project, and as far as I know this is not something that is on the roadmap to make it available in the portal.
