Jira cloud mandatory/Visibility reqirement.

I want to do some fields as mandatory in my Project, Based on some custom field values .

1)Like in Project A , Custom field is "Issue Source" . I want if Issue Source is "Third party" then Custom field "Name of Third Party" is Mandatory . 

2)I also want to make field hide/view based on another field.

I want to make this requirement in Jira cloud version. Is it possible??

You can configure these requirements in Field configuration. 

For each field, a field configuration specifies:

- Editing a field's description

- Hiding or showing a field

- Making a field required or optional

- Changing a field's renderer
