Hi Dear Community,
We have ITSM project where Customer are added into organizations, since there is change in user organizations how can we move the customer from current organization to other one ?
Is there any way other than remove from one and add again in other ?
Hello @Shubham Burghate,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When it comes to customer organizations, currently, it’s only possible to add or remove them, there are no options to move them between Orgs.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

This is must need feature required on JSM to have some lead for organization so that we can apply approvers based on organization.

Hi Piotr,
Use case is assume There is employee present in IT department today and tomorrow employee department changed to Sales
These means the employee needs to be moved from one organization to other and not exists on both the places
I cannot find a way to move the customer, there is just one way to remove and add it again in other, but then it will not make sense

the current process for managing customers in orgs is very cumbersome unfortunately. i wish i could map customers to orgs with a table/checkbox.

You just need to add this Customer to another Organization (Customers -> Organization -> Add customer) - you can but don't need to remove him from current Organization. Single Customer can be in multiple Organizations and also without one at the same time.
As you can see on screen below, I am in two Organizations AAA and BBB at the same time.
