Trying to reopen a form using automation getting 404

Hello All!!

Some months ago (March to be exactly) I have created an automation that reopens a form when certain condition is met.

It worked since then until today that it failed with this error:

logautomation rule.png
I do not know which is the problem the actor of this rule is correct and has the permissions
here the screenshots of my rule

I double check the apitoken to be enabled and that it is encoded (email:apitoken)

but still getting this error that, again, it was working til today.

Thanks in advance,

Ro

Hi @Rosana Casilli

What is you replace /properties/proforma.forms.i1

with: properties=proforma.forms.i1

Also change the API version to valuee 3 or latest.

Does this get you a result, I het result in calling this in postman.

I think the Proforma API endpoints are going away and that is why you are getting the 404 error. I haven't seen an announcement about it yet, but recently there were an action added to automations for changing form status that you can now use to set the status.

Hello @Rosana Casilli ,
Can you confirm that token created from account is valid?
It may be an issue related as below:
- The account which created token may not have license or active anymore?
- The token may be expired (Atlassian rolled out - any API created does have max 1 year of expiration date)

Hi @Piyush Annadate _ACE Pune_

the account which created the account is an org admin and it is active

the token is not expired, I verified in id.atlassian.com  and it is not expired..

:(

I struggling with this, any further suggestions?

Kind regards,

Ro

Just on a safe check, can you use the existing token and do a test search like a GET another issue and try again.

As @Mikael Sandberg  said, I heard something going away, but nothing on changelog yet https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/forms/changelog/

Above API same as one mentioned here ?
