Hello all, Im hoping someone might be able to shed some light on strange behaviour Im experiencing viewing alerts in JSM.
For context, I am testing some of JSM's Operations features in a fresh instance to assess whether the company I work for will migrate from Opsgenie to JSM, or use an alternative like PagerDuty.
My specific use case is alert/incident management. In my proof on concept Ive created a project from the 'Basic IT service management' template, and I have an alert being generated when an email is received. The odd behaviour Im experiencing is the alert page UI not loading all elements and displaying the following error messages (as seen in the attached screenshot):
"We couldn't load your linked work items
Check your network connection, then try reloading your linked work items."
"We couldn't load your attachments
Check your network connection, then try reloading your attachments."
"We can't load activity right now.
We'll be back soon. Try again later."
It would appear these are all network related, but I have no problems with any other elements of JSM or JS (at least as far as I can tell). I should also note that this alert does not have any linked work items, attachments, or web links.

What makes this behaviour worse is sometimes when I load the page by navigating to it from the alert page, I can view the activity log etc and most of the errors don't appear. However, as soon as I refresh the page all errors appear again.
Has anyone else experienced this behaviour and/or know what I might be doing wrong here?
