URL custom field

Is it possible for a custom field to auto-collect the URL of the webpage a user is submitting an issue from? This would be useful in troubleshooting issues.

@Blake Hampton If you use an issue collector on a page it can collect browser information at the time of submission that would provide the URL - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-issue-collector/ 

If someone submits a request via email or in the portal that information is not collected.
