In Jira Service Management Portal, to download the report for JSM customers, we added the addon My Request Extension for Jira Service Management. Unable to download the request report with insight fields. Is it possible to download the report with insight fields on Jira Service Management Portal?
In JSM, do you have the field (assets) exposed to your portal request type? Customer can only access his/her issues via the portal where they use Request Type form to create his/her issues.
So if the asset field is populated after the issue was already created, then it will not be visible in the portal UI because it is only visible in the project UI of the issue.
Have you reach out to the add-on vendor to see if if they support what you are trying to do? If not, I would recommend you to reach out to them first.
