I have integrated service now with Jira, I am able to get the records in Jira but I want the inserted record to view in incident open ticket but currently I am getting my records queue open ticket.
Is it possible to get my inserted records in incident open tickets ??
when I create a issue in Jira through post API using postman, I am able to view my value in Queue but I want to view my value in incident open ticket.
Is it possible to do in JSM ??
What do you mean by "inserted record"? Do you mean another Jira issue? Or a block of data you want to add to an existing issue?
