Use custom javascript on Jira Service Desk Portal on Jira Cloud

Is there any way to add a custom javascript snippet on the landing page in Jira Help Center (customer portal) on Jira Cloud?

We have a solution for on-prem system where we built a plugin/app that can be uploaded and used. Not sure if that can be leverage in the cloud version?

Welcome to the community.  It will depends on the nature of your custom javascript.

Please take a look at https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/about-the-connect-javascript-api/.  As the Atlassian APIs are limited..  So,  I don’t believe you can interact with the the page the same way you would do it on Jira Server env.

I would also recommend you to contact Atlassian Support for further confirmation/support on your ask (https://support.atlassian.com).
