Using Hubspot integration with Jira - is it possible to grab information from the description

Hi there,

We are using Hubspot as our main CRM, and we have integration with Jira, when escalating a ticket to Jira from Hubspot, it only populates the description with Hubspot fields.

Is there a possibility to take a line from the description and populate a custom field in Jira?

For example the description looks like this:

Customer Name

Email 

Date 

Oder Id -- This line I would like to populate the Order Id custom Field that we create.
