Visible Transition Fields on the Customer Portal

Hi Team,

We require "Transitional Fields" on the Customer Portal from e.g. UAT Signed Off to Authorization" in Business CR Project.

Please suggest any workaround or else any plugin for this.

there is currently an open feature request, for editing issues: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-93

I would suggest trying this addon, which enables customers to edit request and send them notifications via workflow, if there input is needed.
