We need to segregate the surveys we send. Depending on how the ticket is resolved, and the user type, we need to ask specific questions in an email to the user. We don't want to send a survey with a link. Additionally, our users do not have to register on the Jira Portal to get support.
The native C-SAT in Jira doesn't appear to have that functionality.
Survey for Jira doesn't appear to have that functionality yet. It looks to be available in the Server version but not the Cloud.
Customer Satisfaction for Jira doesn't appear to support multiple surveys.
Can anyone make a suggestion?
