Hi there,
My company wants to know if Jira Service Management is the right tool for us. It seems we will try with the FREE version first. My job is to learn the tool and show them how it works in the following few weeks. What are the courses I could learn to master Jira Service Management, preferably the free ones?
I found the following two, are there more? I am starting from scratch, so from beginner to advanced pathway would be nice.
If you're looking for free training, check out the Jira Service Management Getting Started Guide at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/resources/get-started-guide.
Also check out the Jira Service Project Administrator training path which includes free and paid training at https://training.atlassian.com/learning-paths/jira-service-project-admin.
Thank you Mary, I have just checked out those links. I am interested solely in JSM, preferably free courses; however, the second link you sent has courses that include other Jira products. I wonder if it is necessary to learn about other products, in case we do decide to invest in the JSM courses.
