Had an automation set up up to close tickets after 10 days if they hadn't been updated. It was working at one point, but now it seems like its not working on tickets that have not been updated in 2+ weeks. Does anyone see any issues with this automation or have any troubleshooting ideas?

Can you share the information in the Audit Log from the rule execution?
Can you also share all the details of the Scheduled trigger?

This is just an assumption, your issue may come from the trigger settings. Have you checked it?
You can change by: Run rule every 1 Days.
