Wiki Text Renderer in Portal Forms doesn't allow requesters to attach images

Hey JSM Community,

Customers / Requesters are asking if it is possible to attach images / files in the portal form paragraph fields.

These are custom fields set to use the Wiki Text Renderer in Jira, but in the JSM portal, the paragraph fields do not display this as an option?

I've advised them to use the Attachments field but just wanted to check whether it was possible to configure what options display in the field ribbon.

To my knowledge, unfortunately, images can only be attached as files from the portal.

You will need to add the attachment field to the form used on the portal.
