I'm setting up Zendesk/JIRA integration and I have some questions. The configuration options within JIRA seem limited. Is there a way I can use automations any time a ticket is created via Zendesk?

Automation has this feature. Use the Webhooks feature to send the data from Zendesk and recieve the updates in Jira
