closing main task without closing subtasks

Hi there
There is 1 request and 3 subtasks attached to it

The condition I want is
all subtasks closed? If yes, close the main task, if no, it cannot be closed.

Hi @Aykan Inal 

You want this to be reversed where automation fires as each subtask is moved to Done and then when all are marked as done, the parent will be marked as done... 

  • TRIGGER: Transitioned to Done
  • CONDITION: Issue Type = SubTask
  • BRANCH: For Parent
    • CONDITION (Related Issues) All Subtasks status = Done
    • ACTION: Transition Issue to Done
