forms creation with JSM DC

I am working on setting up the JSM DC instance for ITSM project. Within a project, there is a need to create a form within dynamic fields.
In the cloud i can create such forms for customers, however, is the same functionality available on DC? Also if limited functionality is available can it fulfill purpose?

Hi @Arti Patil 

 

If you need to have conditional feilds displayed I'm afraid you will need an app for this.
