how i import holidays to SLA calendar?

I don't know how to set holidays in ics calendar.

i downloaded an ics calendar with public holidays and JIRA sees it as holidays but i don't know how to add my own holidays in this ics, i tried to add it but when i import the edited one, i have this message: "some of your days not worked have not been imported."
