@ mention a team without expanding members

Hi

I came across this 

https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Mention-team-without-exploding-team-member-names/qaq-p/2077277 but I am not really a fan of this as it exposes the Team member details. If not, is there a ticket that I can upvote or watch or comment on?

2nd Q - is it possible to @ mention a Team from the customer portal comments at all?

1. This is still the case and not adjustable, I can't seem to find an issue on this on https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa ,but you can raise a request.
2. No this is not possible.
