We currently have an extensive usage Dynamic Form (plugin from deviniti)
Thinking to move to the Cloud we are wondering what are the capabilty of the new feature in JSM Cloud "Forms" Do we have some fonctional mapping? How can we identify partne who can asses and advise on possible migration.
Hi Matthieu,
For now, native Jira Forms doesn't support dynamic fields, there is no support for conditional logic. You can build a form with supported fields and decide about their order. For now the solution is very limited.
If you need to control field or options visibility dynamically or set field values based on conditions, I recommend using the Dynamic Forms for Jira app, which provides advanced capabilities to enhance your forms

Aleksandra
Thank you for reaching out!
I noticed that you've submitted a form directly through the Deviniti site. As a result, I have created a support ticket on your behalf (here), and I’m sure that one of my colleagues will respond to you shortly :)
Regarding your inquiry about JSM Cloud "Forms," could you please clarify whether you are looking to utilize dynamic forms exclusively on the portal, or do you also wish to implement them on Jira screens in other project types, not only in JSM?
I also strongly encourage you to verify how exactly the Dynamic Forms in the Cloud version looks like. Using this link to our Support Center , you will be able to obtain the demo, clickable tutorial and even more about this application.
If you are interested in assistance with migration, please be aware that we are also a Solution Partner capable of supporting customers throughout this process, even if you decide not to continue using our app.
Best regards, Klaudia
