Hi.

I want to know if I can condition the passage to a state, that is to say if I have 2 approval states but in an incident I only have one approver send the incident waiting for help and do not go to the second approval. and only go to the second approval if I have filled in the indicated field.

Tnk.

Hi @Danilo Antonio Araujo Lopez if I got the idea right then yes you can. Check conditions configuration on the transitions.

When ticket is at the first approval you already know the field value I understand, so you create two transitions, one to the second approval and one to the other step. Each transition will have a condition to see if the field value is or is not the one you care and based on that user should see one or another transition after the first approval

Thanks for your reply.

I currently have the workflow this way.

It has 2 transitions, one in the direction of the second approval and another in the state waiting for help.

and the conditions of these transitions are as follows.

What I can't do is that if the second approval is empty the field, I will wait for help and not go to the second approval and get stuck.

and what do you have configured on the approval process of the esperando la aprobacion status? I can see you added the approval but there you need to define what happens when someone approves the ticket. I have the feeling the problem is happening there. Is the approval being done from the portal?

We can continue in spanish as well if you prefer ;)

No hay problema, si seguimos en español. :)
