mustafa.bayar@gozendigital.com account does not receive "verify code".
We checked and there is nothing blocked.
The user tried with google chrome, microsoft edge and mobile phone, but the verify code did not come.
Please help.

We checked FortiMail at the company and the verify code did not come.
It never came..
Probably because there is problem on Jira side

I am not sure how long it will take for the incident to be resolved, but I would wait until it's been resolved to try again. This incident from what I can see is also impacting Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud products as well.

Problem solved, Atlassian Support team got back as follows.
"The email mentioned had a bounce in our system and this was blocking the notifications from Atlassian side. This happened due to the email service managing the email account replying that the user was unknown. I have removed this bounce from our system now and if this issue has been solved in the email service side as well and the account is working normally, it should start receiving emails form Atlassian, so please attempt the procedure once more and let me know if it works as expected!
